“FAMILY KIDNAPPED, FORCED TO SIGN ‘PARDON LETTER’” – PAKISTAN IN SHOCK

“PAKISTAN’S GOVERNMENT HAS SOLD OUT THE PRIDE OF THE NATION”  Imran Khan

"US took cover behind Shariah law that went to her favour; a duplicity in character." Ijazul Haq

BREAKING!  VIOLENT DEMONSTRATIONS IN FRONT OF US CONSULATE IN LAHORE

By Gordon Duff STAFF WRITER/Senior Editor and Raja Mujtaba

CIA contractor Raymond Davis was released by Punjab officials after a reported deal was negotiated with the families of the two men he was accused of murdering.  Davis was scheduled to be indicted for murder charges today.  Security forces picked up the families last night.

A payment estimated a $2 million was made to secure the release.  The families are still in police custody.  Davis is now at an undisclosed location, rumored to be Bagram Air Force Base in Kabul.

THE REAL STORY

Press stories are largely inaccurate and incomplete.  This is what actually happened according to high ranking sources in the Punjab police and government officials who wish to remain anonymous.

Tonight, Afzal, the uncle of Shumaila, the widow of one of the slain men who had committed suicide, went on Pakistani television.  He told the audience, moments ago:

Family members were told they were being taken to the police station to make statements.  Instead, they were taken to a secret location and held in isolation and told that unless they signed a letter pardoning Davis, “you will never see daylight.”

Ijazul Haq, Pakistan's former Minister of Religion and son of former Prime Minister Zia al Haq reports, in a VT exclusive, that members of the family and others involved, were given US citizenship to protect them from reprisals.BACKGROUND

Senator John Kerry flew to Pakistan on February 16, 2011.  He met with Punjab’s ruling duo, Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and his brother Nawaz Sharif, heads of the PML, Pakistan Muslim League. Kerry announced that the release would occur in a few days, although families refused to meet with him.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi, the former Foreign Minister resigned in protest but refused to grant diplomatic immunity to a criminal and a terrorist Raymond Davis. Today in press confrence Qureshi said with pride that stand stands vindicated.

Rana Sanaullah the Punjab Law Minister played the lead role.  Sources in Pakistan indicate that government and police officials in Punjab received millions in CIA payoffs in the deal.

Both PML leaders, the brothers Shahbaz and Nawaz Sharif, left Pakistan for London earlier this week.

Benazir Bhutto, murdered in a political assassination orchestrated from abroad, loved her country and died for her country. Plus she dared to tell David Frost on television in the U.K. that Osama bin Laden died years ago – in other words that the American government has another agenda. Pakistan has been betrayed, and her memory has been betrayed. But the country know what has been done. Crimes by the like of Raymond Davis and his evil accomplices stink to high heaven.

Americans do something despicable and responders to the article make snotty comments about Pakistan? For many many years people around the world could assume that most of what the American government did abroad was not really an expression of the will of the people there but the acts of an overgrown government run amuck. Now with the internet they can see how small and uneducated the American people really are. Now it becomes evident that when America crashes the distress to the population at large will by no means be unjust.

A nation where justice does not remain, that nation can await Allah's torment. Be prepared now for what is coming to Pakistan. Earthquakes, floods will seem like a walk in the park. Be very afraid.

Release of Davis was returned with a big thank you in the form of a drone strike that killed 38 people. So what exactly has ISI achieved in their backroom deals with CIA in exchange of his release? We now know stopping the drone strikes was not part of the deal. The ISI and the military have exposed themselves here. They do not have a face and can be placed on the same boat as the corrupt politicians. A bunch of horse traders. They do not deserve Pakistan anymore nor sovereignty. All that nonsense of Pakistan being created on the 27th of Ramadan and is therefore invincible is rubbish. Remember Allah will even let the Kaaba be destroyed one day so what is Pakistan, just a currupt sold out state. Remember that phoenix's rise from ashes. Pakistan must therefore turn to ash before anything positive can come out. So await Allah's judgement.

The "archaic & barbaric" Shariah laws are perfectly legit & modern & humane to be utilised by Uncle Sam to get Rambo (Raymond) Davis a reprieve !!! In this case Uncle Sam very conveniently refrained from complaining about the "blood money" tradition.

Pakistani Gets Death for Slayings at CIA
    January 24, 1998 | From Associated Press http://articles.latimes.com/1998/jan/24/news/mn-11589
A Pakistani was sentenced to death Friday for gunning down two CIA employees outside the gates of the spy agency. "I don't expect any justice or mercy from your country or this court," Mir Aimal Kasi, 33, told Circuit Judge J. Howe Brown in his first statement since his arrest last June. The ambush was "the result of a wrong policy toward Muslim countries," he said in a low voice. The jury that convicted Kasi of murder on Nov. 10 recommended the death penalty.

Yet again your spineless leaders have shown contempt towards their people. No wonder many people refused to help pakistan flood victims because they felt their leaders were too corrupt.

Grow up. There was no taxpayer money.  One of the Gulf states paid it.  Davis deserves a stern talking-to for letting himself get caught.

America doesnt make a habit of leaving its own behind if it can help it. We also dont really care if the "innocent" men one of our operatives killed were actually members of an overly aggressive foreign spy service (ISI). Mr. Davis obviously made a mistake somewhere, but he felt threatened, he used his gun, and two men who were either criminals or ISI agents are now dead. Pakistan has just made such a big deal about it because it was a Christian killing Muslims, face it, that's fact. This event just gives Pakistanis an excuse to bust out those ole' burning uncle sam effigies , dust off those tattered burning American flags, and create some great poster art involving poor spelling, grainy photos of "raymon devis", a noose, and lets say… the words "death" and "American Devil". Yes, Pakistan certainly has its act together. And its populace is obviously highly educated and very reasonable. (feel free to read the above with a THICK slathering of sarcasm)

We have no right to celebrate independence because we are still a slave and we take dictations from our lord America for every single issue in the country.  As Raymond had allegations of double murdering and his act was strongly condemned by the whole nation. Imagine the intensity of heat and grief that wife of a victim committed suicide out of feelings of injustice to her. Religious groups and political parties pushed the families of victim to accept blood money referring it as a shariah rule. Raymond Davis was set freed after all the mess but irony and woe be many times on our leaders for failing to recover Aafia from US prison. It’s a clear manifestation of American double standards of law and political hegemony.
Another victim of Raymond Davis found in a posh area of Lahore
