A Shut Up Call To The Pessimists and Paid Intellectuals

Some pessimists and paid intellectuals have been using the tragic loss of 24 soldiers on the freezing mountains of Mohmand agency with satire and eye winking. They have been taking advantage of our free for all media within Pakistan and have been shamelessly abusing Pakistan, and painting a bleak picture of her future as if Almighty US could turn it into another Afghanistan or Iraq.I want to put my words forward as a member of Pakistani patriotic youth(or Ghairat brigade, whatever you may call it)

You have been telling stories yapping over cups of hot coffee in your cushy drawing rooms and news channel studios that Pakistan was a lost case with no future for youth. Don’t tell me that in a country of 180 million ,there are dead woods only, enterprising Pakistanis and scholars have already developed a critical mass, our anthropologists and social scientists are second to none, it is matter of time that we will find our place in the sun. The old guard like you have to keep the candle of hope lit, if you can’t do that then don't waste time of the youth and the new leadership that is emerging out of crisis.We had our shares of Abdussalams and Eidhies and will continue to do so despite pessimists like you exist. Go help do something positive for the youth of Pakistan. Pakistan was borne to live among giants like India, China and Russia and it has survived the onslaught of two super powers within three decades, don’t take away our hope if some people from your generation have been doing nothing but Barber Shop gossip.

The dearth of creative minority in Pakistan  is a misnomer, it is actually a majority silently working her way through forces of gravity, people thought the same about Arabs, behold, came the Arab spring..Pakistan is changing, with free judiciary and media we are discussing things which were taboo a few years ago. We have scores of our Ali Nawazishs doing their silent work..and in this time of chaos and challenge where Occupy Wall Street and euro-zone economic crisis unfolds in front of our eyes, the globe is in flux searching for the youth to throw the yolks of spoon feeding and prescriptions. The youth bulge in Pakistan and rest of Islamic World is a reality, a gold mine needing discovery..If you cannot lead, better get out of our way and watch our fury. Huntington and Pat Buchhanan have predicted this chaos and rise of Islam through objective analysis..we don't need any advice, our momentum is unstoppable and our destiny is exactly what Dr Iqbal predicted..we are bound to be the owners of grandeur of the Turk, the genius of the Hindi(Pakistani) Muslim and the eloquence of the Arab.

Wait and watch. Pakistani labor and peasant has made it the 4th largest producer of dairy,mutton,beef and grain in the world. Our scientists including Dr Salam and Qadeer Khan have put us on the world map of nuclear science, our doctors are the most sought out commodity in the west, our engineers and IT boys are running the silicon valley in the US..our soldiers are the biggest group doing peace keeping across the entire globe..and by the way our ISI(targeted by friends and foes alike) is the best ranking intelligence apparatus in the top ten spy agencies in the world..do some surfing on the net and you will get the answers.

Here are few facts of why ISI is at top of a list including CIA and the wily MOSSAD,this is based on objective analysis by an independent rating think tank, not by any Pakistani. With the lengthiest track record of success, the best know Intelligence so far on the scale of records is ISI. The Inter-Services Intelligence was created as an independent unit in 1948 in order to strengthen the performance of Pakistan’s Military Intelligence during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1947. Its success in achieving its goal without leading to a full scale invasion of Pakistan by the Soviets is a feat unmatched by any other throughout the intelligence world. KGB, The best of its time, failed to counter ISI and protect Soviet interests in Central Asia. This GOLD MEDAL makes it rank higher than Mossad. It has had 0 double agents or Defectors throughout its history, considering that in light of the whole war campaign it carried out from money earned by selling drugs bought from the very people it was bleeding, The Soviets. It has protected its Nuclear Weapons since formed and it has foiled Indian attempts to attain ultimate supremacy in the South-Asian theatres through internal destabilization of India. Its personnel have never been caught on camera. It is believed to have the highest number of agents worldwide, close to 10,000. The most striking thing is that its one of the least funded Intelligence agency out of the top 10 and still the strongest.

While I am happy that ISI got this distinction by independent think tanks, I am proud to belong to Pakistan whose sons created and nurtured such a top class agency. the next Gold medal will be awarded to ISI when it outsmarts the trio of three notorious agencies, RAW-MOSSAD-CIA and their cohorts like MI6 etc.

While we need some leaders of repute, we don't mind pessimists like you..it keeps us working harder and harder… despite all the none sense and flake from friends and foes, we will keep moving. For the old rotten eggs and paid intellectuals, we need your prayers and not advice..get out of our way.
